We sell magazine templates and picture books separately. Magazine templates are digital products, so there are of course no shipping costs or times!

Picture books:

Delivery

• All products are made to order to ensure a fresh and high-quality end result.

• Delivery time to Finland is usually 5–12 business days , depending on the product's manufacturing time and delivery address.

• You will receive an order confirmation and a tracking link in your email when your product has been shipped.

Shipping costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method and address selected at checkout.

Returns

Because the products are always made to order by the customer, they are not eligible for opened returns like ready-made stock products.
But – if the product is defective, damaged or does not match your order:

• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Send a picture of the product and a clear description of the problem.

• We will fix the issue immediately: we will offer a new product or a refund, depending on the situation.
